Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing educore (Legal Name: MOHAMMED JUNADE PASHA) for your institute management needs. We strive to provide the best experience possible.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your educore subscription at any time. Cancellation requests can be submitted through your billing dashboard or by contacting our support team at heyeducore@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew, but you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day evaluation period for new subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

After the 7-day period, all payments made are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible 7-day window, please email our billing department at heyeducore@gmail.com with your account details and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment (e.g., via Paytm).

4. Exceptions

In cases of service outages exceeding our SLA guarantees or billing errors on our part, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a prorated refund or account credit at our discretion.
