EduCore Subscriptions
The EduCore platform operates on a robust digital infrastructure that incurs immediate provisioning costs upon subscription activation. Because our services are instantly delivered and consumed, our subscription model is strictly final.
Strictly Non-Refundable
EduCore subscriptions cannot be cancelled, nor are they eligible for refunds under any circumstances once the subscription is active. Please ensure you are fully committed before subscribing.
We strongly encourage all students and parents to fully review their institution's requirements and explore the platform's features before proceeding with the subscription payment.
Institute Payments (Fees & Dues)
EduCore securely facilitates the transfer of payments—such as tuition, examination fees, and other institutional dues—directly between you and your educational institution. We act solely as a technology provider and payment gateway in this capacity.
Discretionary Refunds
Any requests for refunds on payments made to an institute are subject entirely to that specific institute's refund and cancellation policies, not ours.
Authorized Processing
Refunds for institute payments will only be initiated by EduCore upon receiving an explicit, authorized request from the institute's administration.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund for a fee payment, please do not contact EduCore support. Instead, contact your institute's finance or administrative department directly.
