1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the educore (Legal Name: MOHAMMED JUNADE PASHA) platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

educore provides an AI-powered institute management software (ERP) that includes tools for student management, attendance tracking, grading, and administrative management. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. Institutes are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for the educore service are billed in advance on a subscription basis. All payments are securely processed via our payment gateway partners (e.g., Paytm). Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall educore be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Telangana, India.
